Steps:

1. Close the laptop, and flip it upside down. You want the spine to be furthest away from you.

2. Release the locking mechanism by switching the left slider to the left.

3. Slide the right slider to the right, and simultaneously, pull the battery out at a diagonal angle.

4. With the Phillips #0 screwdriver, unscrew the 4.6mm screw on the left side of the "L"-shaped covering.

5. Lift up the "L"-shaped plastic covering to remove it.

6. Push the two metal prongs on either side of the RAM module away from the module simultaneously.
7. Lift up the RAM module to remove.
