Steps:

1. First unclip the dust canister from the body of the vacuum by lifting up the grey tabs on either side of the canister.

2. At the base of the vacuum will be a large plush filter. This is one of two filters in this compartment. Take this filter out.

3. The second filter is thinner and lies at the base of the vacuum. Replace this filter first before placing the larger replacement filter on top of it.
