Steps:

1. Locate the plastic casing covering the RAM chip.
2. The plastic casing is found on the back side of the laptop, in the middle of the base panel.

3. Use the Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the M2 screw securing the plastic casing covering the RAM chip.
4. Now remove the plastic casing and you should see the RAM chip.

5. Remove the RAM chip from underneath the casing.
6. It should easily pop out.

7. Replace the RAM chip with a new RAM chip.
