Steps:
- Unplug the microwave oven.
- Clean the surface of all grease residue with alcohol or acetone.
- Remove the glass tray and roller ring
- Remove the stuck rust with steel wool.
- Wipe away any debris with a dry cloth
- Shake the tin
- Apply a thin coat with the brush
- Give the paint at least 6 hours to dry
- Apply 1 or 2 more coats as appriopriate
- Allow time for the paint coatings to dry properly, ideally overnight with the door open.
- Replace roller ring and tray. Plug your oven to the power outlet.
- You are now ready to use your microwave oven again!
