Steps:

1. Use the plastic opening tool to pry apart the front and back covers of the Nextbook
2. Continue prying until the front and back covers are completely separated. Use the suction cup if necessary to pull apart
3. We recommend using an extra plastic opening tool to maintain your opening

4. Once the front and back covers have been separated, set the back cover down and examine the interior of the Nextbook
5. Remove the various pieces of masking tape

6. Carefully peel the battery pack off, starting from the outer edges
7. It is held down by an adhesive going diagonally across the back
8. Removing the battery will allow you to access the screws holding the chip in place

9. Use a 4.0 bit screwdriver to remove the screws from the chip

10. Remove the entire chip by severing small adhesive strips along the edges and pulling the chip away from the frame
11. Carefully peel away the black tape with copper detail that is holding the chip to the device

12. Locate the camera
13. The camera will be a small black square directly behind the camera lens visible on the front side of the Nextbook
14. Pry the camera out of the front cover with the plastic opening tool

15. Replace with a spare camera piece
