HKC P771A Digitizer Replacement

Steps:

1. Remove back of tablet using the plastic opening tool
2. Slide the opening tool between the back of the tablet and the digitizer
3. Lift along the edges until the back of the tablet and the digitizer are separated

4. Remove 4 screws located on the red motherboard
5. The red motherboard will be loose, but does not need to come completely unattached

6. Remove 7 screws located around the edges of the tablet
7. 5 screws are visible around the edges of the device and 2 screws are located underneath the red motherboard

8. Lift digitizer from the screen
9. After removing all of the screws, the screen should easily separate from the digitizer

10. Now you can replace the old digitizer with a new one
