Steps:

  1. Make sure the camera is powered off
  2. Turn the camera upside down. This is a view of the bottom of the camera.
    3. Step image
  3. Push battery cover away from the camera.
    4. Step image
  4. Push the blue tab that secures the battery. The battery will then spring out.
    5. Step image
  5. Remove the battery.
