Steps:

  1. Turn laptop over to expose the battery.
  2. Grab the Phillips screwdriver with the JIS, J00 head.
  3. Remove the one screw from side panel.
  4. Remove the side panel.

  5. Gently slide out the hard drive.
  6. Slide the replacement hard drive into place.
    7. Step image
  7. Place side panel back into place.
  8. Insert the one screw back into place.
  9. Hard drive is now ready for regular use.
