Steps:

1. Under the base of the fan, remove the four rubber slip guards by peeling them off with your finger tips.

2. Using the Phillips #1 screwdriver, remove the four 2mm screws underneath the slip guards.

3. After removing the base of the fan, remove the two screws located under the adjustable speed switch.

4. Remove the 4mm screw next to the adjustable speed switch.

5. Using one hand, pull out the other half of the base.

6. Remove the four 2mm screws.

7. Gently pull out the bottom cover.

8. Using two hands, pull the sides out carefully. You will hear a "pop" noise, indicating the sides have came out.

9. Remove the fan cover using two hands.

10. Remove the two 2mm screws holding the blades.

11. To remove the adjustable speed switch cover, slightly pry off 6 clips located around the switch.
