Steps:

1. Xperia Z1 Compact with a broken screen.
2. Replacement Display assembly and Adhesive stickers.

3. Use hair dryer or heat gun and warm the glass for ~1 minute.
4. Start the separating from the earpiece hole. Use a thin plastic tool (plastic pick).

5. Disconnect the display assemble flex cable.

6. Clean the frame from the adhesive tape.
7. Connect the new spare part for test.

8. Disconnect the display and install the adhesive sticker.

9. Now we a ready to install the new display.
