Steps:

1. Use a plastic opening tool to take off the rear panel.

2. Use a curved metal spudger to remove the rear panel.
3. Always try using a nylon spudger or plastic opening tool first; metal spudgers are not ESD-safe and can potentially damage your device.

4. Push up to remove the back cover.

5. Remove the earpiece speaker connector using the tweezers.
6. Pry out the speaker using a nylon spudger.
