Steps:

1. First flip the phone over.
2. Then find the back release circled in red.

3. Carefully remove the back using the release.
4. Lift from the bottom!

5. Lift the battery from the right side.
6. After the battery has lifted about a 45 degree angle remove from phone.

7. Remove all six screws
8. The two top screws here
9. The two middle screws here.
10. And the two bottom screws here, they are covered by plastic pieces that first must be removed with the nylon Spudger.

11. then carefully lift the front off the phone.
12. Marked wire will have to be solderd when re-connecting new screen
13. Speakers are connected to the screen here.
