Steps:

1. Remove two hex screws on each side to free and remove the base plate. Do each step for both sides.

2. Pull apart earpiece assembly and the connecting headband piece.

3. Gently pull the padding layer off of both ends using your hands.

4. Locate the black wiring and gently pull it out of the plastic headpiece component.
