Steps:

  1. Unscrew the two screws on the center panel of the device .
  2. Then gently remove the center panel.

  3. Gently push the silver clamps on both sides of the RAM stick on top far enough to release the RAM card.
  4. Pushing the clamps too far could damage them.
  5. Remove the other RAM stick.

  6. This is the device with both RAM sticks removed.
