Steps:

1. Use the Phillips Head #2 screwdriver to remove the three 10mm screws on the back panel.

2. Use the plastic spudger to pry open the top panel from the center tab.
3. Be careful not to break the ribbon connecting the motherboard on the bottom panel to the top panel.

4. Pull the ribbon gently from one corner by the blue tab to remove it.

5. Use a Phillips Head #00 to unscrew the two 7mm screws on the media controls.

6. Remove the white cover from the media controls.
