Steps:

1. Place keyboard key side down
2. Remove 23 16mm screws with Phillips #2 screwdriver

3. Use plastic opening tool to pry up volume knob
4. Remove volume knob

5. Pull black panel away from keyboard and place face-up on keys
6. Remove all screws from circuit panel with Phillips #1 and #2 screwdrivers in order to remove all 18 16mm and 18mm screws.

7. Pull circuit panel away from black panel
8. Set circuit panel out of the way
9. Remove/clean button cluster
10. Reassemble with new/cleaned button cluster
