Steps:

1. Orient the device so that it is upside down facing towards you. The ram panel is in the middle of the device.
2. The screw is at the bottom of the panel.

3. Using a Phillips screwdriver (PH1), unscrew the screw from the panel.
4. Pull the panel away from the device as shown.

5. The two tabs are at the top and bottom of the case as shown.

6. Using two fingers, push the tabs inward to release the RAM from its casing.
7. Pull the RAM towards you to remove it.

8. The RAM is now removed.
