Steps:

1. Locate the spring latch components on the back of the watch strap.

2. Insert the metal spudger tool into the outer edge of the latch component.
3. Hold the watch securely and press the spring latch component towards you with the metal spudger tool.

4. Remove the strap from the watch.
5. Repeat all steps on the opposite strap.
