  1. Turn over the laptop.

  2. Open the slide lock and pull out the battery.

  3. Locate RAM carriage on the bottom of the laptop

  4. Unscrew both screws holding the cover in place
    5. Step image
  5. Squeeze clips that hold the RAM card in place
    6. Step image
  6. Remove card from holder with care
  7. If it is not coming out easily, make sure you have the metal clips fully expanded
