Steps:

1. Using a plastic opening tool, wedge the tip of the tool into the side of the phone's faceplate
2. To pry open, wiggle/twist the tip of the tool, until faceplate pops up.

3. Once popped off, remove the faceplate entirely, exposing the keypad.

4. You can pick up the keypad with ease, as it is not attached to the phone itself.

5. To clean keypad if it is not functioning properly, use a cloth to wipe away any spills, or water damage
