Steps:

1. Using a plastic pry, get between the plastic frame and the rest of the phone.
2. Move it along the frame unlocking the locks that keep the frame in place.
3. Remove the plastic frame.
4. Be careful not to pry to hard and crack the plastic frame.

5. Using a T-5 screw driver, unscrew the screws on the four corners of the phone.
6. Using a pry, get between the screen cover and the rest of the phone.
7. Move alone this layer unlocking the various locks that keep it in place.
8. Carefully remove the screen cover to reveal the logic board.
9. Keep track of the four small screws. They will be needed to put the phone back together.

10. Disconnect the flex cable from the logic board.
11. Disconnect the camera from the logic board.
12. Disconnect the LCD display screen.
13. Disconnect the LCD phone screen.
14. Carefully remove the broken logic board by freeing it from the various locks holding it in place.
15. Be careful not to touch either of the screens. You can leave finger prints and damage the screens.

16. Take the new logic board and connect all the parts you just disconnected to their correct locations.

17. Place the cover so that it is in the correct position to be re-installed.
18. Press gently on the cover so that it snaps back into place.
