Steps:

  1. Flip the projector on its back.
  2. Use the Phillips #2 screwdriver to remove the (4) four 2 cm gold screws.
  3. Use the Phillips #2 screwdriver to remove the (3) three 1 cm silver screws.

  5. Turn the projector, facing the back cable board towards you.
  6. Using the Phillips #0 screwdriver, remove the (3) three 1.0 cm silver screws on the back panel.
  7. Gently take off back cable panel.

  9. Turn the projector so the front side with the lens is facing you.
  10. Gently pry the both of the grey lens rings using the metal spudger.

  12. Now that the screws have been removed, proceed with the removal of the outer panel.
  13. Gently remove the front lens panel.
  14. Be forewarned, the panel will resist. Be careful not to break the lens.

  16. Being careful not to pull the wires inside the projector, gently lift the top panel off the projector.
  17. Rest the lid behind the projector so the insides are exposed and undamaged.

  19. Locate the circle speaker on the lower left corner of the inside of the lid.
  20. Use the Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the three gold 2cm gold screws.
  21. Remove the speaker from the lid and flip metallic side down.

  23. Gently pull the white connector to release the speaker.
  24. Lift the speaker out of its holding.
