Steps:

1. Locate the T-tube clamp. It is in the middle of the steering column.

2. Open the clamp by pulling the lever away from the scooter.

3. Locate the screw on the side of clamp.
4. Turn the screw on the side of the clamp by hand in a clockwise direction.
5. Attempt to close the clamp. If the lever is too tight to close, loosen the screw slightly and try again.
6. The T-tube should now be locked in place. If it continues to fall down, repeat the instructions in this guide.
