Steps:

1. Remove the battery by sliding the tabs to the left.
2. Use the spudger to lift the battery out.

3. Use the Phillips head screw driver to remove the screw holding the back plate on.
4. Use the spudger to remove the back plate.

5. Unlock the RAM by lightly pushing the two metallic holding arms away from the RAM stick.
6. The holding arms can be pressed together or one at a time.
7. The RAM sticks one of its edges slightly away away from the computer when unlocked.

8. Grab the RAM stick by the protruding edge.
9. Pull the RAM stick towards the right to remove.
