Steps:

1. Grab the dustbin handle, press and hold the button at the top of the handle.
2. Pull the dustbin up and away from the main body.

3. Press the button located beneath the circular opening on the dust bin; this will open the bottom of the dustbin.
4. Properly dispose any contents of the dust bin into a wastebasket.

5. Grab the fiber collector using the finger holes on both sides of the base.
6. The fiber collector is the black basket with the rounded base
7. Turn the base a quarter-turn clockwise and pull it away from the dustbin
8. Remove the fiber and hair that may be stuck inside the fiber collector
