Steps:

1. Slide the lever firmly to the left on the back panel.
2. Once the back panel is unlocked, there should be red showing to the right of the lever.

3. Slide the back panel towards you.
4. Lift the back panel to remove it.

5. Undo the clips on the sides of the RAM chips by pushing them away from the RAM.
6. Too much pressure might snap the clips.

7. Once the clips are unfastened, use a plastic spudger to lightly pry up the RAM chips.
8. Grab the RAM chips, remove them, and set them aside.
