Steps:

1. Turn the device off.
2. Unplug the device and remove the batteries.

3. Remove the three Phillips #0 screws from under the handle.
4. Remove the two Phillips #0 screws from inside the disc tray.

5. Pry open the top portion of the case using a spudger.

6. Lean the top portion of the case back.
7. Locate the drive.

8. Disconnect the four wires.

9. Remove the four Phillips #0 screws on the red and green washers.

10. Remove the drive.
11. Avoid hitting the metal bar above it.
