Steps:

  1. 4 x phillip screws located in the rear
  2. Phillips head screw driver required
  3. Remove the screw and take apart the top cover facing upwards
  4. 2 wires are attatched to the top housing

  8. The front grill should fall out after screws are removed

  10. Remove the switches that are attatched to the main shell
  11. Using Needle nose plyer unclip the negative (black) cable first, then the red
  12. Both switches have the same connecting plugs
  13. The plugs of the swithces should have no corrision or wear, replace if cable if freyed or torn

  15. Phillips head screw driver required
  16. 4 phillips head screws are holding the plastic housing to the shell
  17. Unscrew the 4 screws and remove the housing by hand
  18. Heater should not have burn marks or heat damages, replace if damag is visible

  20. This step requires a flat head or a pry tool
  21. There are 4 tabs holding the heater core in place
  22. Another 4 tabs that connects to the thermo switch
  23. Pry the pins where the tab meets the connector plugs
  24. Replace Pins if wires are freyed or damaged

  26. 2 Phillips head screw are holding the motor and blade in place
  27. Phillips head Screw drive required
  28. From the rear unscrew the 2 screws
  29. Removed the motor and fan from the front
  30. Disconnect the wires piror to pulling the moto out

  32. Needle nose plyers and pry tool/flat head are required for this step
  33. Micro switch is connected with a tab plug.
  34. Using a small flat head or pry tool, release the tab from the switch
  35. Leave the thermostat connected
