Steps:

1. Using your Phillips #2 screwdriver, remove the six 17.5 mm screws on the front panel that holds the brush roll in place.

2. Pull the front panel to remove it and access the brush roll and the broken belt.

3. Remove the broken belt.
4. Hold the brush roll on both ends and pull it outward to remove it.

5. Put the new belt on the metal that makes the belt turn. It is located close to the rear tire.

6. Put the new belt on the brush roll where there is a black spot.

7. Pull the brush roll upward and align it in its original spot.
8. This may take some force.
