Steps:

1. In my case I got an disply from ebay, the quality seems like the original

2. The screen is bonded in. you can get it out with heat like common smart phone displays
3. In my case, I forced it out with the shown plastic tools, as it anyway was broken

4. remove the residues of the glue. I used alcohol and a blade

5. connect the 2 different FPCs. Blue to blue and red to red circle.
6. glue and seal the display. In this case T-700 was used
7. let it set, you're done!
