Steps:
- Switch off the calculator by pressing the button at the top right corner.
- Turn over the calculator so the backside of the calculator is facing upwards.
- Remove the four 2mm Phillips #00 screws from the bottom cover.
- Open a small gap at the bottom of the calculator, using a spudger or your fingers.
- Move your thumb from the bottom edge to the top.
- Be gentle when separating the cases to avoid breaking the clips.
- Use a spudger to remove the battery from the cage at the bottom of the motherboard.
- Replace the battery with the new CR2032 Lithium Battery in the battery cage.
- Reattach the calculator cases, beginning from the top edge.
- Use the Phillips #00 screwdriver to replace the 2.00 mm screws.
