  1. The issue with the barber chair is located at the base, where the screws have come loose.

  3. Use your foot to repeatedly pump the hydraulic height-adjustment pedal under the chair until the chair reaches max height.
  4. While holding the pedal down with your foot, grab both arm rests and pull the chair upwards.

  6. Lift the base-ring off the base to reveal the holes for the screws.
  7. Step image
  8. Place a screw with a washer attached into a hole and tighten it with a 7/32" hex bit.
  9. Repeat this process for the other 5 screws and washers.

  11. Align the bottom of the seat with the top of the pole, and gently put it back into position.

  13. Make sure the seat is properly fitted onto the pole by gently pushing down on the seat.
  14. Check the stability of the pole by gently shaking the chair.
