Steps:

1. Using a 15 mm socket wrench, unscrew the axle nut.

2. Using your fingers, remove the axle nut from the axle.

3. Remove the washer from the axle.

4. Remove the wheel from the axle.

5. Remove the second washer from the axle.

6. Slide a new washer onto the axle.

7. Place the new wheel on the axle.
8. Be sure to position the flat side of the wheel so it is facing inward.

9. Place a second washer on the axle exterior to the wheel.

10. Place an axle nut on the axle.

11. Using a 15 mm socket wrench, tighten the axle nut.
12. Be sure to tighten the axle nut enough to prevent the wheel from wobbling, but not so tight as to prohibit the wheel from spinning freely.
