Steps:

1. Remove the strap
2. Power-off the device
3. Remove the screws on the front using the Torx T4 screwdriver

4. Remove the screws on the rear using the Torx T6 (or TR6) screwdriver

5. Remove the small grey arc on the top of the device with the tweezers

6. With the tweezers, remove the pin connector linked to the screen
7. Remove the screen

8. Remove the 2 screws on the motherboard using the PH #000 screwdriver

9. Remove the 2 screws holding the sensor between the buttons on the right side of the case
10. With the tweezers, remove the sensor and detach the case from the motherboard

11. Remove the seal around the circumference of the watch casing, as you will be handling the casing a lot and you don’t want to risk tearing the gasket.
12. Using the tweezers, remove the circlips around every button very carefully.
13. When the circlips are removed, you can pull the buttons off. Do this step carefully because you will also find a return spring inside every button hole

14. Clean the case, including the hole of the buttons
15. Clean the buttons and the springs
16. (OPTIONAL) You can lubrificate the buttons before re-inserting them in the case
17. Reassemble the watch
