Steps:

1. Pull the hood lever.

2. Push the lever underneath the hood to the left.
3. The lever is located in the center underneath the hood.

4. Pull up the hood.

5. Insert the support rod into the slot.
6. The stent is located to the right of the hood.
7. The slot is located in the underside of the hood to the right.

8. Pull out the connector from the bulb.
9. Depending on the make of your vehicle, you may have push the tab on the connector that reads "push" before pulling out the connector.

10. Twist the plastic ring out from the bulb.

11. Pull out the old bulb.
12. High pressure halogen gas is sealed inside the halogen bulb. The bulb may break if the glass envelope is scratched or the bulb is dropped.
13. When handling the bulb, do not touch the glass envelope.

14. Insert the replacement bulb.
15. High pressure halogen gas is sealed inside the halogen bulb. The bulb may break if the glass envelope is scratched or the bulb is dropped.
16. When handling the bulb, do not touch the glass envelope.

17. Twist the plastic ring back onto the bulb.

18. Insert the connector into the bulb.
