Steps:

1. Remove the 9 phillips #0 screws from the bottom of the case.
2. Carefully pry open the base cover with your spudger. Work your way around the case slowly, being careful not to damage any of the components inside.
3. Once removed you will have access to the contents of your case.

4. Locate Memory on the mainboard.
5. Gently push the retention clips away from the memory module. Once you have both clips pushed away the memory module will "pop-up" on it's own.
6. Pull the memory module away from the mainboard.
