Steps:

1. Flip the Roomba upside down so that the front wheel (caster wheel) is facing away from you.
2. Push the trash bin removal button on the side of the Roomba.

3. Press the trash bin removal button.
4. You will notice that the bin slightly ejects.
5. Use your hands to remove the rest of the trash bin.

6. Press the grey button that has a “no water icon” on it.
7. Pull on the filter to remove it.
8. The filter may be white, grey, or black depending on how much your Roomba is used.

9. Completely remove the filter from the trash bin.
10. The filter can be cleaned or replaced.
