Steps:
- Use an opening tool to open the headband at the color seam.
- The audio board is located inside the "Left" ear cup.
- Use a pair of tweezers to carefully remove the yellow polyimide tape that is attached to the morherboard.
- There will be three bundled cables attached to the motherboard. Carefully pull them out of each prong.
- Make sure to take note of which one belongs where for reassembly later.
- Use a Phillips #00 screwdriver to remove the four screws that hold the motherboard in place.
- The cap on the outside of the headphones will fall off once the final screw is removed. Do not fear that something broke. Simply reattach during reassembly phase
- Finally, remove and replace the motherboard.
