Steps:

1. Begin by placing the speaker with the grooves on the bottom of the device facing towards you.
2. Use a spudger to carefully pry around the seams of the speaker to open and unlatch the outer shell.
3. Use your hands to finish removing the outer case of the device.

4. Use a Phillips #0 screwdriver to remove the two 10 mm screws.

5. Use a spudger to carefully pry open the latch located above the control button as shown in the photo. Please be careful!!!
6. Remove the speaker from the shell.

7. Turn the device so that the control buttons are facing down.
8. Use a Phillips #1 screwdriver to remove the eight 10 mm screws from the panel.
9. Carefully remove the panel.

10. The battery is connected to a cable. Use gentle force.
11. Use the spudger to carefully pry the battery out.

12. Use the plastic opening tool to press the white notch while simultaneously unplugging the battery connector.
13. Plug in the replacement.
14. Make sure the new battery is secure. Turn on the device to ensure that the battery is connected properly.
