Steps:

1. Empty your Hydro Flask water bottle and clean the exterior.
2. You may want to remove stickers around the dent to see the damage more clearly.

3. Boil enough water to pour over the dent.

4. Prepare an ice bath by filling a bin with water and ice in a small tub.

5. Place your Hydro Flask in an empty sink.
6. Pour the boiling water directly onto the dented area for about 10 seconds.
7. Boiling water can cause burns to the skin, protective gloves are suggested.

8. Immediately submerge the dented area into the prepared ice bath for about 10 seconds.
9. Handle the bottle with caution as it may still be hot from the previous step. Use protective gloves as suggested.

10. Use a wooden spoon to reach inside the Hydro Flask and push out the dent.
11. Any solid object long enough to reach the dent will also work.
