Steps:

1. Make sure that the vehicle is turned off before proceeding.
2. Pull the hood release latch under the steering wheel on driver's side.

3. Push the hood latch with your thumb of your right hand.
4. Lift the hood with your left hand to open the hood.

5. Place the hood prop to the prop hole to secure the hood from falling.

6. Locate the air filter.

7. Remove the two 5 mm screws from the air filter cover with a Phillips #2 Screwdriver.

8. Pull the air filter cover off.

9. Remove the old air filter.

10. Place the new air filter in the filter box.

11. Place the cover back to original place.
12. Make sure the hinges on the right side secure the cover.

13. Insert the two 5 mm screws, and tighten them with a Phillips #2 Screwdriver.

14. Remove the hood prop from the hole.
15. Secure the hood prop with the hood prop clip.
16. Close the hood.
