Steps:

1. 10 screws hold the bottom cover in place -- these stay in the bottom cover.

2. Using a spudger will make quick work of this step.

3. Disconnect the battery cable from the motherboard.
4. Remove the 4 screws holding it in place
5. Battery can now be removed from device.

6. Small latch holding it in place

7. 2 screws total
8. Board can now be removed

9. Use a plastic prying tool to remove the CMOS battery
