Steps:

1. Remove ten 3 mm screws using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.

2. Lift up the back panel and set it to the side.

3. With your finger, lift the RAM cover by pushing on the small tab in one of the corners.

4. Lift the RAM cover up and put it aside.

5. Push these two tabs outwards with your fingers.
6. This will release the RAM.

7. Grab the RAM card out of its slot.
