Steps:

1. Most of the necessary tools are part of the toolkit IFIXIT Pro Tech Toolkit
2. additionally is needed
3. soldering tools and materials (soldering pasta, soldering iron, soldering flux etc)
4. magnifying glass if necessary

5. The disassembling of the back cover is exactly the same like Lenovo Yoga 710-15IKB Back Cover Replacement
6. But here is the back cover inner site to see the snap fits

7. Remove the screws from HDD
8. Disconnect the flat cable from Motherboard
9. Attention: The cable is is connected in a kind of clamp connector! Open the connector to remove the cable

10. Disconnect the battery
11. Remove the screws
12. Remove the battery

13. Remove the screws
14. Remove the fan
15. Clean the Fan with compressed air if necessary

16. Disconnect all the flat from motherboard in the same way as the HDD flat cable has been disconnected
17. Fan cable need to be disconnected too

18. Remove the screws of motherboard
19. Lift slightly the motherboard and remove it from pc
20. Turn the motherboard upside down
21. on the bottom side (which is now on the top) is the placed the power switch

22. At least now the ESD-Protection Kit should be used for all following steps
23. Use suitable flux for soldering
24. place and solder the power switch on the motherboard
25. residues of solder should be removed by desoldering stranded wire
26. residues of flux should be removed too

27. During reassembling of motherboard in housing is necessary to pay attention to the power switch. The outside button must be precisely placed on the power switch
