KYVOL CYBOVAC E20 Wheel Assembly Replacement

Steps:

1. Start by laying the device on a flat surface with the logo facing up.
2. Flip the device over.

3. Remove two 1 mm screws using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

4. Remove the cover.

5. Lift the battery.
6. Press down on the top of the white connector.
7. Remove the battery from the vacuum.

8. Remove both sweepers by pinching near the base of the brushes and pulling up.

9. Remove four 10 mm screws using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

10. Lift the wheel to detach the tensioning spring. This step requires you to first press down on the wheel, then detach.
11. Disconnect the wheel motor from the power supply.
12. Repeat the process for the other wheel.

13. Remove six 10 mm screws from the housing using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.
14. Open the gearbox.

15. Gently remove each gear.

16. Use a J1 screw driver to remove two 6 mm screws from the gearbox.
