KYVOL CYBOVAC E20 Main Motor Replacement

Steps:

1. Start by laying the device on a flat surface with the logo facing up.
2. Flip the device over.

3. Remove two 1 mm screws using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

4. Remove the cover.

5. Lift the battery.
6. Press down on the top of the white connector.
7. Remove the battery from the vacuum.

8. Remove both sweepers by pinching near the base of the brushes and pulling up.

9. Remove four 10 mm screws using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.

10. Lift the wheel to detach the tensioning spring. This step requires you to first press down on the wheel, then detach.
11. Disconnect the wheel motor from the power supply.
12. Repeat the process for the other wheel.

13. Remove the nine 15 mm screws using a Phillips #2 screwdriver.
14. Remove the upper casing of the vacuum.
15. Remove the dust chamber.

16. Remove the eight 10 mm screws using a Phillips #00 screwdriver.
17. Disconnect the plug.
18. Remove the front bumper.

19. Apply pressure to each tab to remove the cover.
20. Remove the main brush.

21. Flip the vacuum so it is upright.
22. Disconnect the outer shell from the motherboard.

23. Remove the single 10 mm screw using a Phillips #0 screwdriver.
24. Disconnect the motor from the motherboard and remove the main motor assembly.
25. Remove the four 6 mm screws using a Phillips #1 screwdriver.
26. Remove the gearbox cover.

27. Remove the two 6 mm screws using a Phillips #1 screwdriver to separate main motor from the housing.
