Steps:

  1. I used flat 2 out of the IFixIt kit I have. Slide it from USB down on both sides of device. Likely could be done better with other tools

  3. Left is "front". Right is "back"

  4. I was mostly straight up and down with a slight angle to wiggle the USB port down. Bottom of plastic housing to battery side. I placed the orange tip after. Then snap housing back on. Feel is different but may still work (I tore down 2 that are unknown cause of failures). Make sure orange part is in before placing housing back on
