Steps:

1. Open the watchband and locate the arrows that are on the inside edge of the band.

2. Place the watch onto the watch holder with the arrows pointing down.

3. Align the 0.8 mm pin puncher to the link hole you want to remove.
4. Lightly tap the pin puncher with the soft side of the hammer until the pin comes out
5. The pin can be reused to attach the new link if it is not warped or damaged.

6. Flip the watch so the arrows on the band are pointing up and away from the watch holder.

7. Align the pinhole on the new link with the pinhole on the watch band.
8. Once the pin holes are lined up, position the pin over the holes
9. Use the soft side of the hammer to gently tap the pin into the links, connecting the new link to the watch.

10. Once the pin is smoothly inserted into the band, try the watch on to ensure the new links are aligned and securely in place.
