Steps:

1. Unplug your headset.

2. Firmly grip the old ear cup/cushion.
3. Pull the end of the ear cup foam until the bottom lip is released from the ear cup mount.

4. Slide the ear cup upwards to remove it.
5. Repeat steps 2 and 3 on the other ear cup.

6. Align the top lip of the replacement ear cup on the mount.

7. Pull the foam slowly over the mount.
8. Align the ear cup with the end of the mount, and then release, ensuring that the pad is securely attached to the mount.
9. Slowing down is necessary in this step to avoid over stretching the foam and damaging it.

10. Gently press the ear cups to the mount to make sure they are properly seated.
11. Repeat steps 4 through 6 for the other ear cup.
12. Test the headset to ensure the new ear cups are comfortable and secure.
