Steps:

1. Pry the edges of the tablet apart using an iFixit opening tool.

2. Pry the battery up using the flat end of a spudger.
3. Remove the adhesive under the battery and carefully lift it up.

4. Detach the ribbon cable connecting the camera to the motherboard.

6. Gently pull on the black strip away from the motherboard. Once you hear a slight click, the ribbon cable should now come loose.
7. You can now remove the camera.
